Club Rules

Monthly Meeting Minutes and Club Rosters

  • Submit meeting minutes and club rosters every month via google classroom

  • Meeting minutes are notes taken by club officers (secretary) for every club meeting. Turn them in at the end of the month so clubs committee knows your club is staying on track.

  • Club rosters are a list of every member of the clubs, including officers. Make sure you take attendance at every meeting and turn that in at the end of the month.

All Club Meetings

  • Your club officers must attend every all club meeting to listen to updates from clubs committee.

  • Failure to attend all club meetings will lead to the disbandment of your club.

Club Supervision/Advisory

A club advisor must be present at all official meetings and events (including virtual) to supervise the students.
